The story is surreal. A retired 85-year-old of the Deux-Sèvres, who left for a medical appointment at 20km, was found in Croatia, 2000km from his home. He explained to the gendarmes that he had "blindly followed" his failed GPS. Concerned, his family located him thanks to his phone in a hotel in Brela.
