This is the first time since the creation of the national high school and vocational hairdressing competition that an Alsatian has won first prize. Fanny Vega, a young woman from Illzach, received her award on Thursday, July 9th in Paris, from Denis Wittmer, president of the Best Craftsmen of France in hairdressing.
