Jessica Shauntae Espinoza, 31, of Rocky Ford, was arrested Thursday, Sept. 3, after police responded to the La Junta Walmart for a shoplifting report, before a search of her purse resulted in police allegedly finding around 90 fentanyl pills and a small amount of suspected methamphetamine, records show.
