More than three months after dismantling a team of police officers in the borough of Montréal-Nord for repeated racist behavior, the evidence collected was submitted to the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DPCP).
The SPVM passed on its evidence to the PDCP in the investigation of discriminatory and racist acts to PDQ 39. Other cases remain open.
