Air France Adding Flights To Nashville & San Diego In Summer 2027
The airline will operate Airbus A350-900 service three times a week on both routes, marking its first regularly scheduled flights to each city.
On Thursday, Air France announced it will launch thrice-weekly nonstop flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Nashville International Airport on May 14, 2027, followed by service to San Diego International Airport on May 17, 2027.
The airline is reallocating capacity as it withdraws from Denver International Airport this month, having closed reservations for CDG-DEN flights during summer 2027 to focus on these high-potential U.S. markets.
Both 3x-weekly routes will operate on Airbus A350-900 aircraft featuring business, premium economy, and economy cabins, targeting markets previously identified as the largest unserved European destinations for their regions.
San Diego County Regional Airport Authority CEO Atif Saeed stated the service strengthens economic ties with Europe, while Mayor Todd Gloria added that such connections boost the city's global profile.
These additions expand the SkyTeam Alliance's transatlantic network to 20 routes from CDG next summer, positioning the carrier alongside British Airways, KLM, and Lufthansa in both markets.
