Ontario brewery loses liquor licence after owner charged with drug trafficking
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario suspended the licence after police seized cocaine, LSD, and psilocybin and arrested three people in a drug trafficking investigation.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario suspended the liquor license of Longtooth Beverage Company after its owner, Lucas Ferrill, was charged with drug trafficking offenses.
Ferrill was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, psilocybin, LSD, and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.
The AGCO stated that Ferrill's alleged actions were incompatible with the integrity required of a licensee and posed a public safety risk, prompting the suspension.
