Adultery is currently illegal in NY, but that could change

Summary by Ground News
The act of committing adultery is illegal in New York state, but a North Shore assemblyman is looking to change that. Assemblymember Charles Lavine (D-Glen Cove) introduced bill A.4714, to repeal and decriminalize the act of adultery. Lavine believes the bill is important as it allows for the removal of what he calls an outdated statute.
