The Fritz law could be re-amended in Parliament, following pressure from the USR and the Government at the European Commission. Moreover, our country could also lose European money, because the Commission is now analysing the draft and asking Romania for explanations for its retroactive application. The amendment that leaves the USR chief without a mandate could be completely removed from the law by the end of the month.
