CITY OF MEXICO.— The Court of Administrative Justice of Mexico City (TJACDMX) decided to punish the former mayor of Cuauhtémoc, Sandra Cuevas, with the temporary disqualification of one year to hold any position, employment or commission in the public service, as well as to participate in tenders and contracts of acquisitions or public works, after proving her responsibility for the serious lack of abuse of functions.
The ruling of the Administrative Tribunal was by the Diamond Operator but the former mayor may challenge the decision
