The initiative developed by Aclara and Grupo CAP was unanimously endorsed in the Commission for Environmental Assessment of the Biobío Region, following a process of comprehensive evaluation that incorporated technical, environmental and social analyses, as well as broad forums for citizen participation and dialogue with the territory.
