The most recent Saskatchewan Crop Report for the northeastern region of the province (Sept. 17-23) shows that while the harvest has been delayed due to rain, 65 per cent of crops are in the bins. That figure is  just shy of the five-year average of 66 per cent, but up from 58 per cent in the previous week.
