A study attributes the entire debt practice of the Murcia Region to underfunding.

The current autonomous financing model has been punishing the Region of Murcia for 15 years and creating unsustainable and intolerable territorial inequalities. As bluntly stated by the Minister of Economy, Hacienda and Business, Luis Alberto Marín, when presenting the main conclusions of this study, which attributes 95.5% of the regional debt to the underfinancing suffered by the Region since the approval of the current financing model.
