The government delegate in Cantabria, Pedro Casares (PSOE), filed a complaint with the Civil Guard this Monday against the PP councillor at Ruesga City Council David Setien, for an alleged physical and verbal assault during the Arredondo cattle fair, held this Sunday, November 1, when he was on official visit.
