Yangon, April 1: A new conscript entered Kyauktay Township, Bago Division, carrying a gun and ammunition, the KNU Central Committee announced. On March 29, a new conscript, Maung Kyaw Soe Lwin, 24, who was forcibly taken prisoner by the 581st Battalion of the Burmese Army in Kyauktay Township, was stationed in Taung Su Village, Mone Township, while he was stationed in the Karen National Liberation Army (K.N.L.)
