The Civil Guard is continuing its search for a lion in the Sierra de San Vicente (Toledo) at least until midday, with no signs of its presence.
The news surprised everyone this Wednesday, when the Civil Guard deployed a large device to locate a lion who, in theory, wanders through the Sierra de San Vicente, in Toledo, after a delivery man gave the alarm voice. The police also check the location of the Tibetan mastines in the area, due to the similarities of their fur with that of the big cats.
A delivery man claimed to have seen the animal from a Navamorcuende road, but there are no more warnings nor are there any leaks from a zoo.
