Radosław Sikorski announced on social media that he had received 42 signed ambassadorial nominations. However, the Foreign Minister's post turned out to be an April Fool's joke. "As sad as the lack of (the president's) signatures," explained Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Maciej Wewiór. The Presidential Palace criticized the move, calling it a bad joke and a humiliation of the diplomatic corps.
