The trial of a 34-year-old man accused of causing a fatal accident in Łebieńska Huta, Pomeranian Voivodeship, has begun in the District Court in Wejherowo. A 10-year-old boy died in the accident, and three of his friends were hospitalized. During the initial hearing, the accused apologized to their families and partially admitted his guilt.
A tragic accident in Łebieńska Huta shocked all of Poland. 34-year-old Marcin R. allegedly drove into a group of children and then fled the scene. 10-year-old Igor died at the scene, and the three other boys were injured. The 34-year-old's trial began on Wednesday (September 9) in the Wejherowo court. "This cannot be erased," the accused said in the courtroom.
Marcin R., 34, appeared before the District Court in Wejherowo (Pomeranian Voivodeship). The trial has begun against a man accused of causing an accident involving four boys in Łebieńska Huta, in which a 10-year-old died and the other boys were injured. The driver was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and psychotropic substances.
