The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened at just after 2 p.m. Friday at the 3rd Street railroad crossing in Grandin. A northbound Canadian National train struck the pedestrian, who was walking west on 3rd Street. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
