Baby, 2 adults found shot in car in Henderson, police say

Henderson police officers responded to a report of shots fired around 8:53 p.m. in the 100 block of Wester Avenue. Once on scene, the department said they found three victims with gunshot wounds "inside a white four-door vehicle."

One person and the infant were taken to an area medical facility where they are reported to be alert and aware.

Police said a preliminary investigation determined the three were parked in front of a home on Wester Avenue when a dark-colored SUV pulled alongside their vehicle and started shooting. The SUV then drove away toward East Winder Street.
