- Police discovered a large-scale clandestine synthetic drug lab on a rural rental property in Abbotsford that was still under construction but capable of producing fentanyl, methamphetamine, MDMA, and GHB.
- Officers seized 44 firearms including privately made and prohibited weapons, 65 tubes of emulsion explosives, approximately two kilograms of fentanyl, and approximately 64 litres of GHB along with other controlled substances.
- Investigators also recovered approximately $4,000 in Canadian cash, precious metals including four gold bars and 74 silver coins, five vehicles, and a stolen Chevrolet Silverade Trail Boss.
- The four individuals have been released pending further investigation, though no charges have yet been laid; authorities emphasize the lab's potential threat to the community.
