25 years later, the world still lives in the shadow of the day that has transformed global life and above all the aviation sector.

In the mid-1990s, when I was still a kid, I flew from Barcelona to London-Heathrow airport sitting in the command booth of an Iberia plane. The commander, who was at the door welcoming the ticket, invited me in. Inside was the co-pilot, who received me offering me a cigarette, which I refused. I did all the flight sitting on the carrier of the command booth and just left for lunch.
