2026 Renault Master: New-gen diesel and electric van priced for Australia
Renault says the new Master adds a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel, a 409km electric range and a Platinum Euro NCAP safety rating.
- Renault Australia announced the 2026 Renault Master will arrive in showrooms next month, with diesel variants priced from $55,990 before on-road costs.
- This fourth-generation Master replaces the previous model sold since late 2011, swapping a 2.3-litre unit for an updated 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine producing 125kW and 380Nm.
- Electric Master E-Tech variants launch later this year starting from $77,990 for medium wheelbase, powered by an 87kWh battery offering a claimed 409km driving range on WLTP.
- The Master earned a Platinum rating from safety authority Euro NCAP, while Renault Australia general manager Glen Sealey called it a "game-changer with added safety, capability, and improved efficiency."
- Competing models include the Ford E-Transit from $89,990, Mercedes-Benz eSprinter from $104,864, and LDV eDeliver 9 from $116,537; all Renault models include five-year warranty and 12-month/30,000km service intervals.
