The crash happened shortly after 6:00pm. Both people were transported to area hospitals—one to Erlanger Sequatchie Valley and the other to Erlanger Baroness Hospital.

On 6/24/2025 around 6:25 PM, the Dunlap Police Department responded to a plane crash on Ridge Rd in Dunlap. The plane was occupied by two people which were both injured in the incident. Preliminary reports are that the pilot didnt survive.
