ILIGAN City ― Two brothers were fatally shot late Wednesday night near a billiard hall in Barangay Del Carmen, Iligan City, police reported. The victims, aged 30 and 28, were attacked around 11:30 pm, according to Police Major Zandrex Panolong, spokesperson for the Iligan City Police.
