FOX 5 has learned that a young man accused of shooting and killing a 16-year-old boy over the weekend was out on bond at the time of the deadly incident. The alleged shooter, 19-year-old Fadlalla Mohamed, was apparently out on a $1,000 unsecured bond in an unrelated case.
