The 16th annual Fish Fest will be Saturday, April 13, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Middlesboro City Parking Lot. County Attorney Chris Douglas is carrying on the tradition started by former County Attorney Neal Ward. Each year hundreds of rainbow trout are stocked into a portion of the canal that is netted off to keep them in place.
