Police have charged a 16-year-old with murder in adult court for reckless driving resulting in the death of another motorist in York County in January, according to a press release by state police. Magisterial District Judge Lindy Lane Sweeney denied bail to Danneyber Garcia-Villarroel, 16, who faces third-degree murder charges for the crash, which occurred on Susquehanna Trail South in Springfield Township in the area of Seaks Run Road Jan. 24.
