A 13-year-old was killed in a crash Tuesday after Marblehead police say a 16-year-old was driving under the influence. At around 2:51 a.m. Tuesday, a car crashed near 352 Atlantic Ave., Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker and Marblehead Police Chief Dennis King said.
