According to the OCEC-UDP analysis, the fields of study with the highest unemployment rate among the workforce with full university education are Humanities with 11.4%, followed by personal services with 10.7%, physical sciences 8.7%,

Research by the New York Fed and Forbes noted that Anthropology (9.4%) and Physics (7.8%) were the majors with the highest graduate unemployment rates. |STEM majors such as Computer Engineering and Computer Science also contribute to unemployment due to labor market efficiency. |Conversely, graduates in the health and education fields have the lowest unemployment rates, such as Nutritional Science which is only 0.4%.
