An American company that wants to build a huge campus with 15 data centers in Pennsylvania came with an unusual offer for the community that would host the investment: $10,000 for each eligible household. People don't have to sell their property or invest in the project. NorthPoint Development already owns the land, but needs the necessary approvals to build.
