Investigators say 15 vehicles were struck and one driver was ejected and killed as the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department probes possible racing.

- Investigators suspect street racing caused the collision, which involved two vehicles traveling eastbound on Rosecrans around 12:52 a.m. Both cars rear-ended each other and rolled over several times.
- The Sheriff's Department reported the collision damaged 16 vehicles, including five moving cars and 11 parked ones. One driver was ejected from a rolling vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
- Medical personnel treated three injured individuals at the scene; however, the Sheriff's Department has not released the deceased driver's identity or announced potential criminal charges for surviving drivers.
