HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- One person is dead after their car crashed and overturned on Highway 31, Horry County Fire Rescue said. The crash happened at about 8:52 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 31 near the intersection of Highway 9 near North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Highway Patrol said.
