Not much more than a “handful” of HIGH risks are issued during a severe weather season, and today we have one firmly placed atop the Pine Belt as strong storms move in. Thankfully there are still some limiting factors in terms of available “energy” for the storm, but they aren’t insurmountable for a typical springtime South MS atmosphere like ours.
