Montreal police (SPVM) say one officer is dead and another is in critical condition following reports of a shooting in the Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood. Prime Minister Mark Carney's government solidified agreements late Sunday with the Australian government and BAE Systems Australia for the purchase of an Arctic Over-the-Horizon Radar system (A-OTHR).
