Fentanyl · MillinocketPolice say they stopped a vehicle on Central St. in Millinocket on Tuesday around 1:30 a.m. Police say they spotted drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and the two occupants, 48-year-old Robert Paradis of Howland and 35- year-old Jade Simon, were both out on bail.
