Born in Passo Fundo (RS), the 43-year-old Gacho arrived in Svalbard, the Norwegian archipelago near the North Pole, at the suggestion of a friend. He started working as a bartender and, today, he has a video producer and gained social media with his footage of the Northern Lights and polar bears.
