Weyerhaeuser Company Declares Dividend on Common Shares
The company said it may add variable cash or share repurchases to reach 75% to 80% of annual Adjusted Funds Available for Distribution.
On Thursday, Weyerhaeuser Company declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on September 18, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 4, 2026.
Under its cash return framework, Weyerhaeuser expects to supplement the base dividend with variable cash, targeting a total return of 75 to 80 percent of annual Adjusted Funds Available for Distribution.
Capital allocation options include supplemental dividends or opportunistic share repurchases, providing the company with flexibility to return additional cash to shareholders.

Future dividend amounts and timing remain subject to risks identified in company filings; Weyerhaeuser noted that forward-looking statements are based on current assumptions and are not guarantees of performance.
