What is open and closed on National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Monday is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. As ceremonies recognizing the day are held across the country, there will be some changes to business hours and services. September 30 is a federal statutory holiday but it is not a provincial one in Ontario. This means schools are open, as are most malls, grocery stores and other retail outlets. The Beer Store is open.
