Judicial police managed to gather "strong evidence" of which suspect will have started the fire "by direct flame" and acted "for reasons of personal forum". It was subjected to biweekly presentations.
The PJ stated that, after the first interrogation, the suspect was obliged to make biweekly presentations and was forbidden to walk with lighters, matches or any object that would set fire.
A 52-year-old man was arrested by PJ on suspicion of setting a fire, with a lighter, in Vila Nova de Famalicão, last July. Reasons pointed out are from the "personal forum". Now it is forbidden to walk with any object that allows setting fire.
