Chinese hackers have hacked more than 260,000 internet-connected devices, mostly routers, to create a massive botnet, authorities in several countries reported Wednesday. A botnet is a network of infected devices, known as bots, that can be used by hackers to carry out cyberattacks without the knowledge of the device's owner.
