“NCB Interpol Podgorica issued an international warrant for A.P. in order to secure his presence in criminal proceedings against him before the High Court in Podgorica due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that he committed two criminal offenses — creation of a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity under the Criminal Code of Montenegro,” according to the UP

A.P. (36), a citizen of Montenegro, was extradited today from the Republic of Serbia to Montenegro, organized by NCB Interpol Podgorica and with the support of the Special Police Unit.

Aleksandar Paunović (36), a citizen of Montenegro, was extradited from Serbia to Montenegro on Monday, where he was handed over to the competent authorities with the support of the Special Unit.

As stated in the announcement of the Police Administration (UP), Interpol Podgorica issued an international warrant for Paunović in order to ensure his presence in the criminal proceedings against him before the High Court in Podgorica due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed two criminal acts - creation of a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity under the Criminal Code of Montenegro.
