Two JetBlue planes collided on the tarmac at Boston Logan International Airport, causing minor damage but no injuries.
The left winglet of JetBlue Flight 777 struck the right horizontal stabilizer of JetBlue Flight 551 while both aircraft were on the de-icing pad. The Federal Aviation Authority is investigating the incident.
JetBlue confirmed the collision and stated that both planes will be taken out of service for repairs. Passengers were transferred to other aircraft and both flights were cancelled.
