The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a Tuscaloosa pedestrian Saturday morning.Harry Martin Jr., 70, who was walking on the shoulder of the roadway at the time of the crash, was fatally injured around 11:22 a.m. on Oct. 3 after being struck by what is believed to be a black Chevrolet Avalanche, according to a news release.
