SPAR is returning to Finland. Tokmanni, a Finnish discount store chain, announced yesterday it has put pen to paper on a licensing agreement with Spar International, the Amsterdam-based company operating over 13,900 shops in 48 countries worldwide. The agreement grants the discount store operator exclusive rights to the brand and its products in Finland.
