Zelenskyy: First results of negotiation process expected by late September
Conditions for negotiations will not exist during the elections in Russia; however, an opportunity to meet with a US delegation in New York may arise at the end of September, and initial results from the talks could emerge by the end of the month, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated.
The Kiev regime does not plan to negotiate with Russia any time soon, as Zelensky said, in response to a question from journalists, and no resumption of the dialogue with Moscow is planned, at least until the end of the parliamentary elections in Russia, has stressed "unlegitimate." However, he plans to resume the dialogue with Moscow.
