The Russian Ministry for the Development of the Russian Federation plans to require governors to introduce "Russian breakfasts" in all hotels, as described in the text of the Russian breakfast project concept published on the State website. The officials complained of a paradox: in Russian cafeteria, cafes and hotels, you can find "English", "continental" or "French", but there is almost no "Russian" option.
