The Russian Attorney-General's Office has filed a complaint with the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, challenging a number of transactions with the AO "Ural factories" and other assets of the same name group, and requesting that a large share of the company's shares be transferred to the Republic of Moldova.
On 9 October, the Court of Arbitration of Moscow will consider a claim by the Office of the Attorney General for the application of the State's shares in the Ural Plants and the EBISU OO (Izhevsk), as reported in the case files.
