The Competition Council has approved the purchase of Cargus by SAMEDAY. According to a statement made on Friday of Saturday. The Competition Council states that it has authorized the transaction "under conditions", by taking more commitments to which respect will be monitored for a period of up to three years by an independent mandate which will transmit periodic reports to the Competition Council.
