A man in Dombivli, Thane, confessed to killing his friend during a drunken quarrel after being haunted by the victim in his dreams. Prabhu Karkade, 24, was arrested after he approached the police, admitting to beating Pallav Kadam, 43, to death and disposing of the body. The police have registered a murder case under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
