TCN announces outage at Akwa Ibom, gives reason

The Transmission Company of Nigeria has announced an electricity disruption in parts of Akwa Ibom State. TCN’s spokesperson, Ndidi Mbah, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday. She explained that the outage, which is scheduled between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, was due to maintenance of TCN’s 60 Mega Volt Ampere power transformers at the 132/33kV Uyo Transmission Substation.
